A former Maiko Orbeliani palace in Georgia turned into a Museum hotel with energy efficient refurbishment. Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF), operated by EBRD, where EU is one of the main donnors, supports businesses and homeowners wishing to invest in green technologies.
