The third conference of the Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy was held in the Belarusian city of Polack. The organisers presented the progress and achievements of the EU-funded project ‘Strengthening the Covenant of Mayors movement in Belarus’, including successful initiatives from Hlybokaje, Čavusy and Vilejka. The conference was attended by representatives of more than 30 Belarusian signatory cities.
