The high-rise building ‘Lypy-2’ has gone through a complete transformation thanks to the Energy Efficiency Fund in Ukraine and funds received with EU support. The mouldy walls and broken roofs have had a neat repair, and the building maintains a steady temperature across all apartments. In addition, ‘Lypy-2’ residents’ heating bills are down by almost 50% and the building produces 25% less CO2 emissions.
